Les Bâtons d'Alain are hiking and ski touring poles developed by the Chamonix high mountain guide and alpinist Alain DESEZ.

Ultra versatile, they can be used just as well in summer for hiking, trekking or trail running, as in winter for your ski touring, snowshoeing or steep slope skiing outings.
The main asset of the Bâtons d'Alain is their long ergonomic grip (Gold medal at the Concours Lépine in Paris in 2011). Thanks to this, your hands will always be well positioned, never in contact with the shaft, and with excellent support.

These one-piece poles, slightly flexible and equipped with a tungsten tip, ensure optimal energy transfer and the absence of a strap is comfortable and reassuring, especially for ski touring and freeride.

Finally, 2 pairs of removable baskets (38mm at 5g / 85mm at 14g) are provided for your adventures on dry or snowy ground.
