Free Returns

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in this return form, then send us an email asking for a free return label. We will then send you an email with all the documents needed. Once you have received all the documents you can send the parcel back to us. The cost of the return postage is free of charge, except for skis and snowboards.Returns requests must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. The return must be posted within 14 days after you received the return documents. If you wish to return an item, we can refund you: we’ll refund you via Paypal or bank transfer. We can also give you Snowleader store credit, which is redeemable on all Snowleader.com items for 1 year. Please note that the original shipping costs (when the order was first sent to the customer) are only refunded if the entire order is returned. (Colissimo standard shipping). 

Returns are free from the United Kingdom, excluding islands and territories benefiting from a differentiated tax regime (Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey and Gibraltar)

CONDITIONS TO GET REFUNDED?

*Returns requests must be made within 14 days after receiving your order. The return must be posted within 14 days after you received the return documents.

*The products must be new and unused, in the original packaging with original labels attached

*For Safety and Health reasons, we do not accept returns of the following; mounted skis and snowboards / cut climbing skins / thermoformed boots /perishable goods / suncream / cleaning products and underwear.
 
*If you are returning a package it must be returned in its entirety.  
 
In addition, regarding personal safety equipment (helmets, climbing harnesses, carabiners, etc.), our team pays particular attention to the conditions of the returned products. The product must not have been worn, and the labels, protective films and packaging must not have been removed, otherwise the return may not be accepted.

HOW DO I GET REFUNDED?

Make sure all your products you wish to return meet the conditions above and then send us as message through our contact form : Display contact form

We will then send you a return form and a return shipping label (allowing you to return the products free of charge).

PRODUCT EXCHANGE?

Snowleader does not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item within 14 days and receive a full refund, as long as it meets the requirements stated above. 


So the fastest way to get a 
different size product, for example, is to place a new order for the correct size. And at the same time return the item that you were not happy with and receive a full refund.  

If you'd like:

  • A refund : if your item(s) are sent back unused and in its original packaging, your refund will be processed in 14 days after the delivery. You will be refunded directly on the method of payment you used during your shopping.
  • A voucher : The Snowleader voucher will be available for a year on Snowleader.co.uk and you will be notified by email as soon as it is available.

VAT and delivery

To purchase products and have them delivered to the United Kingdom, please order on the website www.snowleader.co.uk . We will apply the English VAT to all the items of your order (20%).

If you wish to have you ordered delivered in France, please order on www.snowleader.com
