You will be able to submit your return request directly online. To do this, go to the My Orders tab in your customer account.
Returns requests must be made within 60 days of receiving your order. The return must be posted within 14 days after the return documents have been received. The refund will be credited to your bank or PayPal account within 14 days of its arrival at Snowleader. We can also credit you with a voucher, which is redeemable on all Snowleader websites for 1 year. Please note that the original shipping cost (when the order was first sent to the customer) is only refundable if the entire order is returned.
REFUND CONDITIONS
To give you time to make sure you are happy with your purchase, Snowleader is extending the product return period for general customers from 14 to 60 days. For Snowleader Mountain Club members, the 100-day return period remains unchanged. For all the return conditions please see our Terms and conditions
*The products must be new and unused, in its original packaging with original labels attached
*For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of the following: mounted skis and snowboards/cut climbing skins/thermoformed boots/perishable goods/suncream/cleaning products and underwear.
*If you are returning a set it must be returned in its entirety.
*In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised following the supply of PPE (safety equipment subject to legislation on Personal Protective Equipment) which includes in particular harnesses, carabiners, descenders, cams, ropes, straps and all safety and belay equipment for climbing and mountaineering

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
You will be able to submit your return request directly online.
To do this, log on to your customer account and go to the My Orders tab, then choose the order concerned and the products to be returned.
You will automatically receive a confirmation email and you will be able to download the necessary return documents. These documents will also be available in your customer account.
We thank you in advance for attaching the preparation form you received with your order.
You can drop your parcel at the nearest drop off point.
Once the products have been returned, our team will be able to process your return as quickly as possible and your refund or store credit will be issued quickly.
A £6.99 fee will be deducted from your refund, this is the return handling fee.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE?
Snowleader does not offer exchanges. However, you can return your item within 60 days and receive a full refund, as long as it meets the requirements stated above.
So the fastest way to get a
different size product, for example, is to place a new order for the correct size. And at the same time return the item that you were not happy with and
receive
a full refund.
