The Rise 80 2026 is a ski touring ski for beginners and intermediate skiers from the brand Völkl.
This ski is particularly lightweight thanks to the integrated wooden core Tourlite Woodcore made from lightweight woods such as poplar and paulownia. You'll really appreciate how little its weight is when you're climbing. Its 80 mm waist will improve the handling of the ski, giving you better control both on the ascent and on the descent.
When it comes to descent riding, the Rise 80 proves to be very agile thanks to its Tip Rocker , whilst its flat heel provides a touch more rigidity. In difficult snow conditions, the ride remains smooth.

Poplar wood, carefully selected for its light weight, provides the ski with the necessary stability around the steel edges, whilst paulownia wood, which is both flexible and light, gives it flexibility in the mid-section. The beech wood integrated into the bracket provides the necessary reinforcement to hold the bracket screws in place. At the centre of the core, a CNC-milled Isocore zone contributes to exceptional responsiveness and optimum dynamic performance. |

| SKINPIN | The skins are attached to the ski tip by a pin (pinrotated 90°). The result: a 100% reliable binding. As the device is visible from above, the ski hiker retains complete control at all times. The hole at the tip of the ski can be used, if necessary, to build a rescue sledge or sled. |
Le Rise 80 est le ski de randonnée le plus accessible de la marque Allemande, tant sur le plan technique que pour le porte-monnaie ! C'est un ski très maniable et très facile à prendre en main avec lequel on prend vite confiance et qui offre donc au skieur une belle marge de progression. Ses lignes de côte limitent toutefois sa portance en neige profonde.
