The Retox is the dark horse of the Rossignol Snowboard range as it is the only board to feature a camber without a rocker - the "full camber". The Retox is a freestyle killer in the snowpark as well as in the street.
The Retox is a board that is full of pop (7/10) with a core has been designed to provide torsional manoeuvrability as well as excellent landing stability. But beware, the standard camber is demanding and not very forgiving! The Retox remains stable when picking up speed and allows you to hit the kickers without fear.
It is stable in the air and its twin shape makes it perfect for spinning! Its Wood 6420 core is thinner between the feet to increase contact when sliding on handrails or ledge. This core makes the Retox more comfortable and stronger !
Experienced freestylers, the Retox will be perfect to learn new tricks this winter! A great way to impress on the park!

AMPTEK ELITE: TheAmpTek Elite profile is a combination of positive camber over 60% of the effective edge length and rocker, or negative camber, on the remaining portion, significantly improving edge hold, pop and stability.
- Shape:
Twin Freestyle: Twin Freestyle flex profile, thinner between the feet and thicker under the feet, improves pop and balance for total freestyle control
- Flex:
Twin 7/10: Semi-rigid flex for a balanced mix of power and forgiveness in freestyle
- Core:
Wood 6420: A single type of wood, vertically laminated to give you strength and comfort without breaking the bank.
- Sole:
FRITEE 4400: Highly abrasion resistant sole with optimal glide.
La Retox est excellente dans son programme, mais pas que ! En effet, sur piste, la Retox tient complètement la route avec grande longueur de carre effective et le noyau bien rigide sous les appuis. Le sidecut bien profond offre de la réactivité en changement de courbe. Ce qui est très appréciable également sur la park pour les changements de ligne.
En réception, la Retox demande de la propreté! Sinon ça risque de vous piquer un peu les fesses!
Les plus : intéressante sur piste, stabilité et pop bien réparti.
Les moins : Exigeante techniquement.
