The Peregrine 82 + Lowride 13 FR 2027 for men from the brand Volkl is an all-mountain ski designed for intermediate skiers seeking the perfect balance between maneuverability and stability to progress with ease on all terrains.
Its construction is based on a Multilayer Woodcore combining layers of very stable hardwood on the edges and lighter, more flexible wood at the centre. This design ensures direct power transmission, excellent edge grip and high impact resistance while offering remarkable agility and controlled weight, ideal for intermediate skiers looking to advance with confidence.
The ski is equipped with full-length side edges for increased precision in turns, an ultra-durable and fast P-TEX 4504 base, as well as Tailored Carbon Tips that optimise the stiffness and torsion of the tip for dynamic engagement and smooth carving. The 3D Radius Sidecut technology adjusts the curve according to speed, providing both agility and control.

| MULTILAYER WOODCORE | The edge is laminated onto extremely stable wood layers. This, combined with a more flexible and lighter wood inserted at the centre of the construction, offers many advantages. The hardwood section immediately adjacent to the edge allows for high power transmission, improves edge grip, and supports the sides against external impacts. The reduced weight of the softer wood in the centre of the ski ensures greater agility and better manoeuvrability, while reducing the overall weight of the ski. |
| P-TEX 4504 | Ultra-high-density sintered polyethylene base with very high molecular weight. In addition to offering exceptional wear resistance and perfect chip absorption, the P-TEX 4504 technology is extremely fast and is used exclusively on our top skis and competition models. The material has been enhanced with special additives to make it thermally and electrically conductive, demonstrating its qualities by providing excellent glide and maximum speed during competitions. |
| TAILORED CARBON TIPS | The fibres are precisely positioned along the lines of force, offering entirely new possibilities, especially in the tip area. This part has a decisive influence on the ski’s glide behaviour. Depending on the thickness of the fibres chosen and their millimetre-precise alignment, it is possible to specifically adjust stiffness and torsion, which define the ski’s gliding properties. The fibres thus direct the dynamics towards the areas of the ski where it is required. The Tailored Carbon Tips are visibly integrated into the ski. They are lightweight and allow the tip to enter turns with agility and less effort. Furthermore, they quickly accumulate energy. The custom carbon tips thus achieve an unprecedented level of precision, direct tip response, and active skiing pleasure. |
| 3D RADIUS SIDECUT | Use of the long radius at the tip and endpiece for large, high-speed turns. The tip resists high speeds and there is no radius limitation when exiting turns for greater ease. The shorter radius is used for small turns at medium speed. This allows for easy turn initiation, exceptional agility, and above all less effort in short turns. |
