An excellent thermal insulator, it regulates body temperature perfectly in both winter and summer. It can absorb a third of its weight in water vapour; the warmth it provides prevents you from feeling cold, and even when wet, the garment stays warm... Wool fibres are naturally durable against mechanical wear and tear, do not attract dirt easily and are antibacterial, significantly reducing unpleasant odours and the need for washing. Like any natural material, merino wool is biodegradable. |
