The Vertis Birdie from Blackcrows is a women's alpine ski in the brand's Resort range.
It is a lively and agile ski for skiing down freshly groomed slopes. It comes with the same technical features for this season but has a new graphic design!
With its 85 mm waist, the Vertis Birdie is a dynamic ski with fast turning abilities. Its small curve radius (15 m) gives the ski great reactivity and manoeuvrability. On the piste, the Vertis Birdie offers a very good level of performance, its flex is energetic with pronounced tail support that recovers well out of turns.
The Vertis Birdie is designed with a fairly long standard camber that provides a clean grip and very alpine skiability. It has a light rocker tip to easily lift off from packed or fresh snow and offers a long edge for greater stability.
The Vertis Birdie is therefore a fun, easy-to-handle and efficient piste ski, which will be ideal for advanced skiers!

Weight: 2950 g per pair in size 159.3 cm
Curve radius:
- Size 152.6 cm: 14m
- Size 159.3 cm: 14m
- Size 169.6 cm: 15m
Waist width: 85mm
Shape and construction:
- Poplar wood and glass fibre core
- Semi-cap construction: The semi cap construction is a mix of the two existing construction methods. It has a sandwich construction at the waist for more power, and a cap at the ends to reduce weight, aid planing and initiating turns.
- Light rocker tip: Stability, small pivot, nice edge grip, tipping.
- Classic long camber: Classic camber underfoot with extended ski/snow contact for alpine turns.
Short 15 m radius and 85 mm waist: Reactivity, fast edge-to-edge transition, good in carving mode
Piste-oriented skiing and changing snow conditions: Very stable with very fast edge transition.
Flex: Firm flex for stability and precision, with progressive flex at the end for comfort and efficiency
