| INTUITION LINER | The Intuition liners are the absolute reference in thermoformable liners for backcountry products. Made with exclusive materials, they provide a lasting fit without pressure points while maintaining comfort. Thanks to excellent thermal insulation and exceptional lightness, they ensure maximum efficiency and performance even in the most demanding conditions. |
| VIBRAM® | Since the creation of the first rubber sole for mountaineering, "the Carrarmato," over 80 years ago, Vibram® has been a guarantee of quality and performance, innovation and design. Designed in 1937 by Vitale Bramani to meet the need for increased safety and protection in the mountains, our soles, adorned with the incomparable yellow octagon, are now used for outdoor activities, workplace safety, lifestyle, and orthopaedics. |
| HRS SYSTEM | Heel retention has become a distinctive feature of Scarpa thanks to the HRS (Heel Retention System) ratchet system. The strap configuration over the instep offers an incredible fit for both comfort on the ascent and performance on the descent. |
| PEBAX® | Designed to withstand the most extreme conditions, Pebax® elastomers are high-performance materials widely used for many years in winter sports equipment. They offer superior performance thanks to a unique combination of properties: durable flexibility at low temperatures, high impact resistance in cold environments, and excellent energy return. They are on average 20% lighter than the most commonly used materials. |
| PEBAX® RNEW® | The Pebax® Rnew® materials used in ski boots are more than 65% bio-based. Castor bean is a remarkable plant: it grows on marginal soils, does not cause deforestation, does not compete with food crops, and captures atmospheric CO2. Moreover, it provides stable income for farming families. The biological origin of the material does not compromise performance. Pebax® Rnew® polymers are generally 20% lighter than most other plastics, offering maximum comfort. They also provide robustness and extreme impact resistance for improved durability and lifespan. |
| RECCO® | RECCO® is an avalanche rescue system used worldwide to facilitate the rapid location of people. The two-part system includes a detector used by rescuers and reflectors integrated into clothing. Together, they enable fast localisation using radar but do not replace the use of transceivers. |
| ORTHOLITE® | These are open-cell polyurethane insoles. Simply put, it’s a foam membrane! This alveolar insole wears out less quickly than traditional insoles because it drains moisture more easily and absorbs impacts better. Running shoes equipped with this technology help keep feet cool and dry, protect against bacteria and fungi, while improving performance through shock absorption and minimal wear over time. |
