Description

The Terra Mips Matte Black women's ski helmet from Giro is the accessory you need to stay stylish while staying safe.

Designed for all-mountain use, this lightweight helmet incorporates In-Mold construction and benefits from MIPS® technology for multi-directional impact protection and to prevent unintentional rotation of the skull in the event of an impact. The In-Form™ 2 adjustment system allows both horizontal and vertical adjustment for an ultra-precise fit in seconds even when wearing gloves.

Well-ventilated, the Terra Mips uses a particularly effective passive ventilation system to ensure optimum air circulation. Combined with Stack Vent™technology, it lets you wear your favourite Giro mask without worrying about fogging. As an added bonus, the mask attachment system and helmet earpieces are removable for your comfort and safety.

The low-friction layer of the Mips® creates a sliding margin between the helmet and the head, offering improved protection against brain damage caused by violent rotation during an impact.
IN-MOLD CONSTRUCTION	A fusion of a robust polycarbonate outer shell with a shock-absorbing foam liner. The fusion process allows for better ventilation systems, making In-Mold helmets lighter and cooler than traditional helmets.
IN FORM FIT SYSTEM	The adjustment system provides a personalised fit in seconds, even when wearing gloves. The new on-the-fly vertical adjustment function adapts to different eyeglass and head shapes for a customised fit with no gaps.
STACK VENT™	Developed on the basis of research showing that most of the warm air that can cause fogging escapes from the mask's central top vent. Aligning the Stack Vent™ in the helmet with this mask vent helps keep it clear and fog-free.
