Description

The Slap 112 2025 is a freeride skiing ski for men from the brand Zag designed for expert skiers.

This ski has really been designed to enjoy days of Powder snow. From the forest to the wide, cool valleys, the Slap 112 guarantees you'll have a great time all day long.

Despite a rather wide waist, it is the narrowest ski from this range. Therefore, it is the best performer in everyday conditions and will keep a consistent style on the piste thanks to good grip and exemplary handling. It has a paulownia/poplar wood core for lightness and liveliness and 4 layers of multi-axial fibreglass which reinforces its stability.

Its double rocker profile provides exceptional lift and total comfort in deep snow. Its lively, well-balanced flex offers an excellent balance between a playful ski and a performance ski across all terrains.

The lightness of the ski allows it to be mounted with hybrid bindings for freeride/touring use.

To carve in the morning, performing impressive 360° turns at the edge of the slope in the afternoon and finishing your day with a run in the forest, this is just Slap 112 2025 what you need.

SHAPE MULTI-RAYON A method of designing skis that allows the radius to be varied in several independent zones (front, middle, rear). This allows for a very short radius underfoot (improved handling) while maintaining forgiving tips in difficult snow conditions.
5-POINT SHAPE A specific shape that increases the handling of skis without significantly increasing rocker values (which can cause vibrations). Principle based on the variation in the longitudinal position of the widest points of the ski: the closer the widest points of the ski are to the centre, the more the ski will turn sharply and be playful.
CONSTRUCTION HEAVY DUTY LIGHT Lightness and power to ride the great expanses of untouched snow. This construction uses multi-axial fibreglass, increasing the ski's manoeuvrability and power while providing torsional and flexural rigidity. A new feature in this construction: linen fibre has been added to maximise vibration absorption. The aim is also to reduce the final weight of these XXL skis, hence the use of paulownia wood in the wooden core for lightness, complemented by poplar for durability.
SEMI CAP This semi-cap sandwich construction provides optimal force transmission throughout the ski and gives the skier all the adhesion/grip they need on the hardest snow. The durability of the skis is also extended thanks to ABS edges (increased durability against cold and impact).
Team review
