The new Skull Dura Comp Spin is a podium expert, it is homologated by the FIS (International Ski Federation) for high speed races.
It is a concentrate of technologies and know-how offered by POC which is the reference brand. In particular, the helmet offers the best protection by minimising the energy transmitted to the head by the shocks it may undergo during competitions or training. Equipped with the SPIN system which protects against rotational impacts and internal cushions created to follow the movements of your head, the Skull Dura Comp Spin is based on an advanced technology that allows for a process inspired by the brain's own internal protection system, composed of cerebrospinal fluid, which acts as a cushion during the fall.
Constructed with high quality materials such as the multi-impact lining in EPP with a thicker area to protect you from even the biggest impacts and the VPD defector which will act as an impact absorber. In addition its shell in ABS/PC complemented byAramide makes the Skull Dura Comp Spin very robust and durable suitable for elite racing. This helmet is compatible with a chin strap to avoid possible stake impacts.
The new innovative helmet closing and opening system locks the helmet firmly to prevent high-speed vibrations. The thumbwheel allows a very precise adjustment of the Skull Dura Comp Spin without hindering the runner during his run and the new lining offers a uniform fit without any pressure points for optimal comfort.
