The Shift Mnc 13 is a high-performance ski binding from S/Lab.
These new bindings combine the efficiency of an insert binding with the performance of an alpine freeride ski binding. These are the ideal bindings for skiers who want to vary their practices and explore the whole mountain!
The S/Lab Shift Mnc is the first compromise free binding from Salomon. They feature an insert stop design and allow full heel rotation for unbeatable efficiency in touring mode. An easy-to-use lever allows you to switch quickly from ski mode to touring mode. The47 mm of elasticity and the long fins of the stop ensure exceptional power transmission and efficiency, while absorbing shocks.
An added bonus? The S/Lab Shift Mnc 13 is made from a new material, carbon-infused polyamide , which, combined with aluminium and steel, makes for a very light binding (only 1.7 kg per pair !) but one that is very robust and durable.
Not to mention that the S/Lab Shift Mnc 13s are Multi-Norm Certified (MNC), which means that they are compatible with all the standard ski boots on the market!

- Mnc: Multi-Norm Certified ISO 5355, WTR, ISO 9523: these bindings are compatible with every type of ski boots. Alpine ski boots with flat soles and ski touring boots with non-slip soles. The Shift 's height-adjustable stop allows it to be adapted to all types of boot without compromising safety or gliding performance.
Boot Compatibility:
The Shift bindings are compatible with alpine boots on descent, but requires boots with inserts on the way up.
Your touring boots need to have a front overhang to be able to put on the binding on the way down.
