Ruler Boa Black
These have to be the most versatile boots in the Burton range. The all-mountain men's Ruler Boa boots are THE safe bet for any intermediate to advanced level riders and will even work well for the most nervous of beginners. If you choose Burton Ruler Boa boots you'll get pure snowboarding joy everywhere you go.
The Imprint 2 liner offers guaranteed comfort. The Total Comfort construction adapts to your shape from the very first ride. There'll be no unpleasant pinch points to hinder your progress. The Ruler Boa boots perform in a similar way to the Burton Ions but are much more affordable. There's no compromise on the quality of the riding though.
In terms of lacing, the Boa system ensures a secure fit that will not move all day long. Note that the Boa version of the Ruler may feel slightly stiffer than the fast lacing version. It also differentiates between the upper and lower lacing areas of the boots, for a precise fit.
The Ruler Boa protects from the cold, is shock absorbent and will generally be your greatest ally wherever your adventures take you: off piste, snowpark, black run, backcountry - you'll do it all full throttle!

Total Comfort Construction: best possible feel from the very first use. The Total Comfort design leaves out the process of molding the foot to the liner, favouring instead a liner that adapts to your body directly.
Snow proof internal gusset: the lower zone of the boot is completely sealed off from the snow, keeping feet warm and dry all day.
Sleeping Bag isothermal technology: light and thin film that reflects the heat from the foot.
Footbed: EVA molded level 1 footbed for lightweight and long-lasting shock absorption.
Outsole:
EST optimised thin midsole: midsole developed to even better adapt to the EST bindings so that connection and information transfer is even quicker. Not only does the midsole reduce the overall weight of the shoe, but also shifts your centre of gravity and enhances the feel.

How to describe the Burton Ruler boots in two words? Simple but effective. Their efficient and versatile flex means that they can take on all types of snow. These boots are not too demanding, which makes it easy to have fun without having to use all your strength.
The grip on the back of the boot increases contact with the binding for a high level of responsiveness. The Burton Ruler's biggest asset is its price/performance ratio.
