Description

The Proxim II J Black from the brand Cairn is a flexible and modular protective short designed to absorb shocks to the tailbone, hips, and thighs in the event of a fall.

An improved version of the Proxim D3O® J, this short features enhanced protective foam and a more ergonomic, protective cut.

This short includes a D3O® panel on the thighs, a material composed of floating molecules that forms a true shell, allowing it to disperse energy for optimal shock absorption. A removable polycarbonate plate on the tailbone ensures optimal protection in case of a backward fall. With its stretchy and breathable fabric, your child will enjoy great wearing comfort that adapts to their body shape, as well as optimal breathability throughout all their sessions.

Composition:
- 33% D3O®, 27% Polyester, 25% Polyurethane, 5% Nylon, 5% Polypropylene, 5% Rubber

D30® D30® is used in many high-risk sports such as motorcycling, alpine skiing, or mountain biking. It is a material made up of floating molecules that clump together upon impact to create a genuine shell that dissipates energy to protect against the shock. Once the impact has passed, the molecules naturally return to their "floating" state, and the plate regains all its flexibility and protection.
