The latest addition to the Prodigy range, the Prodigy 0 JR is built on the same base as the other models. Only the core and the side cuts vary from one model to another. All have a Twin Directional shape with two rockers at the ends which give it good behaviour and handling on all types of snow, both forward and backward.
The XL edges and the sandwich construction with ultra solid edges bring strength and durability to the skis and the elliptical radius side cuts allow for different types of turns, from carving on piste to big soft turns in fresh snow.
The Prodigy 0 JR is an excellent ski for learning to ski in general, but especially for discovering what you like best about skiing. Without excelling in one area, the Prodigy 0. JR is very versatile and allows you to try freeride, carving and snowpark. Once you have found what suits you best, feel free to buy a specific pair and keep the Prodigy 0 JR as your everyday skis.
Its soft flex of 5/10 and the Surf Zones technology make it a ski that forgives small mistakes and erases the slight edge errors that are inevitable when learning and improving skiing.

The tail is considerably thinner than the tip for increased performance. The twin tip makes them perfect for freestyle and riding in switch.
Construction:
Polyfly Core:
The Polyfly core is found in most junior models. Polyfly is an extremely lightweight foam core that reduces vibration, allowing young riders to ski effortlessly.
Side cuts with elliptic radii
The sidecuts with elliptic radii consist of a longer radius underfoot and shorter radius on the front and rear parts of the ski. The long radius underfoot allows for faster and easier pivoting, while the shorter radii allow turns to be started more gently. These sidecuts are perfectly suited to a wide range of turn angles and sizes.
XL 2.5 mm Edges
One might think that seven tenths of a millimetre doesn't have much of an effect, but when it comes to edges, everything matters. The 2.5 mm edges are 35% thicker than our standard 1.8 mm edges, which are already very sturdy. This addition of steel allows the riders to have a ski that will resist longer to the "stresses" associated with certain techniques.
