The Phase MIPS is a ski and snowboard helmet for men by K2.
The Phase Pro is the helmet chosen by backcountry ski superstar Sean Pettit because it was designed to be compact, lightweight and well ventilated. It's a concentrate of comfort and style! Its Hard Shell construction has very good ventilation and a removable lining system.
Its MIPS system creates a sliding layer between the outer shell and the head. This allows the outer shell of the helmet to have a small range of movement so when your head hits the ground, your helmet will slide to give you more coverage at the point of impact, so the rotational force decreases, reducing its ability to damage your brain

Integral lining
This washable full liner comfortably wraps your head to fit your helmet perfectly to your skull shape. The lining is made of moisture-wicking mesh that is breathable, so you won't get too hot. The full-liner system integrates seamlessly with the K2dialed tuning system and K2 Baseline Audio for maximum user satisfaction. The fact that there are no gaps provides more comfort
Baseline Audio System:
K2 Baseline Audio systems connect directly to your portable audio player. The audio system is pre-installed in the ear pieces. The earphone sleeves are so compact and discreet, you'll only realize they're there when you turn your music on. If you want to ride without the earphones, you can easily remove them from the ear pieces. Thanks to the new remote control integrated into the cord, your favourite playlist will be easily accessible
Matrix Venting
This Active Matrix ventilation system allows you to regulate the ventilation of your helmet with your fingertips. Control the vents effortlessly and stylishly with a simple movement.
MIPS :
