Camber:

Christenson Surf camber Rocker: Nose and tail rocker designed by shaper Chris Christenson. Very long rocker that starts at the front and rear binding mounts. Corresponds to the rocker profile of a surfboard and allows for very high buoyancy in powder snow.

Shape:

Directional: The nose is longer and wider than the tail and the inserts have been set back on the back of the board. These features provide more lift in powder.

Blunt Nose : the blunt nose provides the lift benefits of a longer nose without the rounded shape and extra weight.

Traction Tech 2.0: Strategically placed corrugated edges to counteract the negative effect of the rocker and increase edge grip on the snow.

3D Contour Base 3.0: convex base. The edges are raised by 7mm in comparison to the centre of the board.

Progressive Sidecut: The radius at the ends of the sidecut is slightly increased as the edge reaches the contact points. This larger radius ensures a smoother ride when entering and exiting turns.

Technologies:

Forever Flex: A manufacturing process that durably stabilizes the flex and rocker profile of the board.

- Bamboo Surf Core: Triple-density bamboo core made of bamboo strips along the edges for better response and more powerful turns.

- Power Sustainable Basalt Stringers: 100% natural basalt stringers. Each support becomes more powerful and the torsional stiffness of the board is improved.

Biax Fiberglass: Fibreglass layer applied in two directions for a precise board that responds to any terrain or snow conditions.

- Eco-Plastic Topsheet: Topsheet made from castor beans. This environmentally friendly material is ultra-light, chip and scratch resistant and repels water and snow (snow sticks less to the topsheet).

- Sintered 8000 base: made of UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) and carbon. Extremely easy to repair, it also offers maximum glide properties.

Carving Pack Inserts: Inserts that give you the option of taking an even further back position for those big powder days.

- Recycled Rounded ABS: The ABS plastics in Jones boards are made from recycled plastic.

- Wend Natural Wax: All Wend boards are waxed with Wend natural wax and are ready to use as soon as they leave the factory.

- Bio Resin: All Jones boards are now built with bio-based, renewable epoxy instead of petroleum based epoxy.

Flip-Flop base: Base manufacturing process that reduces waste. Two base colours available, delivered randomly.
