The Ubac 89 2027 Warm Red from the brand ZAG is the ideal men’s ski for experienced ski tourers, combining lightness and performance for the Touring programme. It offers optimal floatation and manoeuvrability to fully enjoy mountain outings, whatever the snow conditions.
Its Light construction combines a lightweight and durable paulownia wood core with a double multiaxial layer of fibreglass and carbon fibres. This composition guarantees an excellent balance between stiffness and progressive flex, ensuring good vibration absorption and increased stability on the descent. The ABS edges reinforce resistance to impacts and cold, for optimal durability.
The Ubac 89 features a Semi cap construction that optimises force transmission, reinforced by steel edges providing precise grip on hard snow. Its double rocker at the tip (25%) and endpiece (15%) facilitates turn initiation, while its multi-radius shape offers a short radius underfoot for exceptional manoeuvrability, while maintaining forgiving tips in challenging snow.
