The Ubac 102 2026 is a ski touring ski from East Zag for skiers of Experienced to Expert level.
This product has been developed for those who prefer to go downhill rather than up, although it's light enough to perform well on the ascent too! With a 102mm waist, it's cut out for the great outdoors and will have you soaring through the snow. It's more stable than the much-loved East. Ubac 95especially in difficult and varied snow conditions.
To achieve a weight of 1600 g per ski (size 181 cm), the brand has used its Construction Light and the 100% paulownia woodcore, a wood renowned for its lightness and design performance. It also has multiaxial carbonfibre and fibreglass which make the ski more rigid and dynamic. Combine this with the right sidewalls in ABS for flawless Adhesion/Grip on all terrain, a sintered sole to go faster, and HRedges that are more resistant to impact, and you've got a ski that's ideal for both ascent and descent!
On the shapelevel, it is designed with a medium camber underfoot for efficiency and power. There's also a Double rocker tip rocker for improved floatation when Mother Nature is generous!
If you're a fan of freeride and virgin slopes away from the crowds, this is a lightweight ski that's very good in its category for big drops and descent after descent!

| SEMI CAP | This semi-cap sandwich construction ensures optimum transmission of force through the ski, giving the skier all the Adhesion/Grip they need on the hardest snow. The durability of the skis is also extended thanks to the ABS sidewalls (increased durability against cold and impact). |
