Description

The Stratos 2025 is the ultra versatile board from Jones. It's the ideal board for men who like to do everything (freeride, piste, park...) and who are good at everything.

With its hybrid freeride/freestyle construction, it can be used for both powder and park days.

Its Shape directionnal Tapered 10mm s perfect for riding in powder and floating above the snow. In the same spirit, the 3D Contour Base technology helps to maintain the board on the surface and facilitates turns in fresh snow as well as on groomed snow The Float Pack allows you to switch to "super stepback" mode on busy days.

The ‌‌Directional rocker‌‌ coupled with the basalt stringers of the Ultra Core offer a very good pop. The short sidecut makes it a very enjoyable and maneuverable board that turns quickly on the snow and in the air.

The Traction Tech 3.0 allows for an edge grip with lots of bite that will give you the impression of carving a track.

The Stratos uses recycled plastic for the topsheet, recycled steel for the edges and Bio Resin to reduce gas emissions by 33%.

The Stratos is a highly versatile, modern split that will appeal to intermediate to advanced riders.

Camber:

- Directional Rocker : Classic camber combined with rocker, for greater lift and grip in all snow conditions. The longer tip rocker improves float, while the camber ensures edge hold and response. The shorter tail rocker not only provides the same power and stability than other boards, but prevents catch when entering turns and landing switch.

Shape:

- Directional: The nose is longer and wider than the tail and the inserts have been set back on the back of the board. These features provide more lift in powder.
the blunt nose provides the lift benefits of a longer nose without the rounded shape and extra weight.
Tapered Shape, 10mm: The tapered tail sinks into the powder for better flotation and faster turns.
- Traction Tech 3.0 : The corrugated edges offer multiple contact points along the board which improves grip. This technology offsets the reduced length of the edge/snow contact points due to rocker.
- Progressive Sidecut: The radius at the ends of the sidecut is slightly increased as the edge reaches the contact points. This larger radius ensures a smoother ride when entering and exiting turns.

Forever Flex	A manufacturing process that durably stabilizes the flex and rocker profile of the board.
FSC™ Ultra Core	The new core Ultra Core is the lightest wooden core. It is made primarily of Paulownia with poplar side rails, specially positioned for better durability and cornering power.
Power Sustainable Basalt Stringers	100% natural basalt stringers. Each support becomes more powerful and the torsional stiffness of the board is improved.
Eco-Plastic Topsheet	Topsheet made from castor beans. This environmentally friendly material is ultra-light, chip and scratch resistant and repels water and snow (snow sticks less to the topsheet).
Sintered 9900 base	Sole made of UHMW-PE (Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene) and Carbon. Extremely easy to repair, it also offers maximum glide properties.
Flip-Flop Base	Base manufacturing process that reduces waste. Two base colours available, delivered randomly.
Recycled Rounded ABS	- The ABS plastics in Jones boards are made from recycled plastic.
Oversized Recycled Edges	Edges made from recycled steel.
Float pack inserts	Possibility of changing stance to ride in setback when there is plenty of powder.
Wend Natural Wax	All Wend boards are waxed with Wend natural wax and are ready to use as soon as they leave the factory.
Bio Resin	All boards Jones are now constructed with renewable bio-based epoxy, instead of petroleum-based epoxy.

Le Stratos 2025 est un véritable couteau suisse, à l'aise dans tous les domaines. Avec lui vous pourrez passer du park, au carving avant de prendre un bon bain de poudre. Sur tous les terrains il saura vous ravir.

Un vrai bonheur en poudre avec son shape directionnel plus large de 10mm à l'avant permet de littéralement flotter au-dessus de la neige et les rebords relevés permettent de tailler des courbes vraiment facilement.

Les carres dentelées de chez Jones font une réelle différence au moment de carver, ils mordent dans la neige et vous font tracer une courbe parfaite.

En park son cambre couplé au court sidecut permet d'avoir un pop optimal et de pouvoir envoyer tout ce que vous désirez (et que vous maîtrisez bien sûr).

Idéal pour les riders de bon niveau qui veulent une board à tout faire.
