Description

As part of the Nitro Quiver series designed by pro riders Paul Brown and Brian Fox, Nitro presents the Slash 2024.

A short, wide board, the Slash has been cleverly designed for those powder-filled rides through fir trees. Its directional shape gives it excellent float and the Reflex Core provides even more manoeuvrability.

Designed to offer more flotation and smooth transitions in powder with its spoon-shaped nose, it is perfectly balanced with response and control thanks to the concave tail. This new shape is different and smoother than anything you've ridden before; the 3D Surf Tech technology combined with the Speed Formula HD base allows you to reach top speeds and ride any terrain with ease.

With its Power core II made of reinforced poplar with 2 blades of Beech, the Slash is not afraid to really go for it. Combined with the Bi-lite laminatetechnology, which gives this board unrivalled rigidity and power, you are sure to achieve your best powder turns. With such a combo, the Slash has no problem going carving if the sudden urge to go on the slopes takes you.

It proves to be very fast in every manoeuvre and reactive thanks to the classicTrue Camber. This quality is reflected in the Sintered Speed Formula HD base, which is abrasion resistant and has a high wax absorption capacity.

Tapered Directional: shape in which the tip is wider than the rear, making it easier to enter and exit turns, allowing for greater the stability at high speeds, and improved float.
Progressive Sidecut wider curve radius at the front of the board. Encourages increased acceleration at the end of a turn, while the nose reduces any bumps in the snow.
