Description

The Reckoner 122 is a Freestyle/Backcountry ski from K2.

The Reckoner range is a freestyle backcountry ski range. Basically, very wide playful skis, with big rockers and a relatively symmetrical design to pull off big tricks in powder.

With a 122mm wide waist and a very pronounced rocker in the tip and tail, the Reckoner 122 is made for freshly fallen snow. In deep snow, you will float as if on little clouds. The Boost Carbone adds pop and the Twintech technology adds strength to keep these beautiful skis from getting damaged. The Spectral Braid, which is a fibre reinforcement, provides stability and precision in the control and handling of the ski.

These monster skis are not to be placed in just any hands. They are best suited to an experienced skier and will know every corner of your favourite resort.

The Reckoner 122 is therefore made for big powder days and for pulling off the craziest airtricks.

POWDER TWIN ROCKER - high and long lift in both tip and tail for maximum flotation in deep snow.

Double Barrel Core - Fir/Aspen:
The outer sections of the core are made from pine to enhance the durability of the edges, while the central part of the core is made from poplar for a more lightweight design and ease of rotation.

Construction:
BOOST CARBONE:
Longitudinal carbon blade placed on the core for more pop and bounce.

TWINTECH: Durable and comprehensive sidewall construction offering exceptional performance with resistance to impact damage.

SPECTRAL BRAID: Spectral Braid is a fibre reinforcement that allows precision twisting and bending by changing the orientation of the fibres along the ski. Skis with Spectral Braid from K2 have stability and control while remaining extremely manoeuvrable.

Team review
