Freetouring skis - Men - Dispatch 120 - Atomic 2022/2023
The Dispatch 120 is a men's freetouring ski from K2.
The Dispatch ski range represents a ski with a light, stable and powerful design especially for steep and deep terrain. It is a technical ski which is designed for advanced to expert skiers, who are able to ski in all conditions and who want to have fun.
The Dispatch 120 is designed with a Paulownia wood core, a light and durable wood found in Dispatch skis. It is a perfect ski for advanced and expert skiers.
The HEX-Beam technology stiffens and increases the stability and damping of the ski. The result is a ski that performs well on steep and deep terrain.
The Dispatch 120 features a Powder Rocker in the heel and tip to maximise lift in powder and improve handling.
In short, the Dispatch 120 is a technical ski designed for steep terrain and good powder. It has excellent floating properties in deep snow thanks to its rocker and 120mm width.

Side cut: 139-120-130/ Radius: 29m for size 186cm
Weight: 3810 g per pair
Powder Rocker: A high, long rise in the tip of the ski, a low camber underfoot, and a medium, long rise in the back of the ski to maximize flotation in soft snow.
Steadfast Base: Glides better and longer. The Steadfast base requires 30% less energy to produce and retain the wax 9 times longer than a high-end sintered base. The improved grip of the wax also prevents skins from coming off the ski.
Construction:
HEX-Beam: Moves mass (titanal) away from the mounting points toward the tip and tail of the ski resulting in increased dampness and directional stability while maintaining power transfer in steep and deep terrain.
Uni Directional Flax: Flax is a lightweight and sustainable natural fiber reinforcement fabric that improves a skis ability to track in variable terrain resulting in improved suspension and composure.
Paulownia core: lively, flexible wood with excellent weight to strength ratio.
