L'Optisym 2025 is an intermediate level board for men from the brand Nitro.

This board Optisym is the freestyle board to have this winter. It's designed for riders who turn anything they can get their hands on into a freestyle playground: from groomed slopes to big air or big air to tricks flat.

The technology of Nitro, Powerwalltechnology has been specially developed for this model of board. It offers good durability and additional cushioning properties. This also improves the agility of the Optisym.

As for the Cam-Out Camber and Whiplash Core Profileprovide fast, high ollie power while maintaining a flex in the nose and tail that lets you hold butters like a pro.

What's more, the overall asymmetrical shape of the Twin and the line Dual Degressive give you endless control when descending snow-covered mountains.

Like the Park de Nitroboards, it is equipped with Ureshred Sidewalls and edges Rail Killer Edge to slider on all possible modules. With these technologies, even the street won't damage it. Nitro strengthened the Optisym board with the aim of making it as resistant as possible.

In short, theOptisym 2025 is a freestyle board for intermediate riders in the park, but also on all types of terrain.

Cambre - CAM-OUT	The Cam-Out Camber is a smaller camber with a finer transition in the tip and tail. As a result, the board is more lively than a traditional camber. However, you still get the pop and control you expect from a camber.
Shape - ASYM TWIN	A board that glides just as easily in switch as in regular. Perfect for freestyle and snowboarders who want to do all kinds of tricks and turns.
Core - POWERCORE II	: poplar wood core reinforced with two stringers (wooden strip) in beech from the nose to the tail of the board to increase rigidity and pop.
Topsheet - BI-LITE LAMINATES	‌: fibreglass applied in two directions perpendicular to each other to provide tolerance, precise snow feel and strength.
Base - PREMIUM EXTRUDED FH BASE	Durable, fast and easy-to-maintain sole that absorbs impacts against rails and all modules.
DUAL DEGRESSIVE SIDECUT	The board's dimensions mix two different curve radii. A shorter radius in the centre and two identical longer radii at the nose and tail. Overall curve radius is playful, easy and tolerant.
WHIPLASH CORE PROFILE	the core is thickened at the bindings and on the outside of the supports for more ollie explosiveness.
URESHRED SIDEWALLS	New outsole Nitro, used on freestyle boards. Made of polyurethane, it is highly resistant to impacts and abrasion.
RAILKILLER EDGE	Patented edge technology, edges twice as wide and thick, 200% more resistant than traditional edges. Ideal for impacts against the boxes and very resistant to edge scraping caused by pebbles when you head off-piste.
POWERWALL	This construction of polyurethane sidewall material Ureshred integrated into the core reinforces the core on the lateral edge of the heel. The sidewall material has a curved design in the wooden core. This additional sidewall material provides extra durability and cushioning properties while improving agility in moving up and down the side edge of the heel.

Team review

Cette board de chez Nitro, l'Optisym, n'est pas à prendre à la légère. C'est une board qui n'est pas réservée à n'importe qui. Véritable boule de nerf, l'Optisym n'attend que deux choses : sauter haut et tourner vite.

Chaque petit recoin d'une piste "banale" se transforme en snowpark avec l'Optisym sous les pieds.

En ce qui concerne les modules, rails et kickers en snowpark : R.A.S. Cette board est faite pour ça et ça se ressent.

On notera un petit manque de polyvalence en hors-piste et en poudreuse. Le rocker lui permet tout de même de passer partout. Mais ce n'est pas son terrain de prédilection.

Pour les rideurs qui veulent "oversend" c'est l'Optisym qu'il vous faut.

Les Moins : Petit manque de polyvalence en backcountry
