Optic 96 2027
All-mountain skis - Unisex -
The Optic 96 2027 is a versatile freeride ski from the Line brand designed for intermediate to advanced skiers seeking power and versatility to perform in all conditions.
It is the most versatile model in the range. Its 96 mm waist combined with the Early Rise tip rocker and directional flex provides enormous floatation and excellent manoeuvrability in fresh snow. Additionally, its wood core reinforced with a titanium plate and paired with a classic camber offers good edge hold with plenty of stability and control at high speed.
With the Gas Pedal Metal and Overdrive™ technologies, the Titanal is focused on length and width for increased power and responsiveness in turns. The tips allow you to chain butters one after another and handle any terrain changes. Its reinforced Fatty Base & Edge provides extra protection against rocks or trees you might have missed. Its polyethylene edges absorb vibrations for maximum durability and superior comfort. The Fivecut, five different radius sidecuts, are present on the ski for a more intuitive and agile ride.
As you can see, if you love charging hard on all types of terrain, especially in powder, then don’t wait any longer to treat yourself with the Optic 96!

- Sintered base for optimal glide and increased resistance to impacts and abrasion
- Titanal reinforcements along the entire length for greater stability and power
- Poplar core
- Ultra-high-density polyethylene edges
| DIRECTIONAL FLEX | The softer tip floats and initiates turns easily, while the stiffer tail provides power, stability, and control at high speeds. |
| EARLY RISE | The tip and endpiece lift off the snow to bring the contact points closer to the ski’s centre. This increases the ski’s flotation in deep snow and allows it to engage more quickly on hard snow when rolling on the edge. |
| FIVECUT | Five different sidecut radii shapes are combined into one to offer the ski perfect control, whatever the pressure applied on the edge. This keeps the ski agile and responsive at any speed. |
| GAS PEDAL METAL | The Titanal, concentrated across the ski’s width, increases edge grip and torsional stability while maintaining a lively feel along the entire ski length. Two independent Titanal pieces for the tip and endpiece add power and energy. |
