The Mega Mercury 2025 is a snowboard by East Capita designed for all-mountain use, and aimed at men from Experienced to Expert level.
As its name suggests, this is the advanced version of the Mercury. It has the same spirit and versatility but with a completely new construction, more powerful, more precise and more incisive.
Equipped with the most versatile camber from Capita, the Mega Mercury offers a mix of classic camber between inserts, rockers on the outside of the inserts and WAH-POW! tips. The Resort V2 Directional camber offers excellent grip at high speeds and optimum float in powder. The 3D Thermopolymer Starship core certified by the FSC (environmental protection label) brings plenty of pop tthanks to the poplar wood and a phenomenal precision with the addition of three polymer strips along the length of the board.
For even greater responsiveness and energy restitution, it has Wide bands of Carbon above and below the Core. In addition, a Holysheet layer of triaxial glass fibre impregnated with Magic Bean resin is present under the topsheet. Even if the names of these technologies aren't particularly impressive, you can be sure that you'll feel them at every turn. The slightest pressure exerted on the board is immediately returned, giving you a dynamic ride with no loss of speed.
The shape and Directional flex are coupled with a more than sufficient setback to accentuate handling and floatation in Powder snow. So the Mega Mercury offers optimum performance for freeride/all-mountain use, perfect for getting your foot in!
