Splitboard - Unisex -
Designed for riders who want to go further, faster and lighter, the Hovercraft 2.0 Splitboard from Jones is crafted for deep powder days in the backcountry.
Its ultralight construction optimises every ascent to conserve more energy for the descent and fully enjoy large bowls, couloirs and untouched snowfields. Its directional shape with offset volume concentrates more surface under the nose to offer exceptional float in powder, while maintaining great agility. This design also allows choosing a shorter size without sacrificing stability and floatation.
The Float CamRock profile, with its long tip rocker and camber extending to the endpiece, facilitates exiting deep snow while ensuring edge hold and pop on firmer sections. The Fusion Carbon construction, combined with the paulownia core, Koroyd and Ultralight Carbon build, reduces weight while preserving responsiveness and durability. Its medium-stiff flex delivers precise and dynamic sensations, while the High Traction Tech technology enhances edge hold when conditions get more demanding.
With its fast Ultra Base and carefully selected components, the Hovercraft 2.0 Splitboard offers a rare combination of lightness, float and precision to turn every outing into a true adventure.

| VOLUME-SHIFTED DIRECTIONAL | A directional shape with volume-shifted dimensions (optimised volume distribution), offering a wider and shorter silhouette that shifts more surface area towards the front nose for exceptional float in powder, while maintaining an agile and easy-to-handle board. Riders can choose a smaller size with this type of board without compromising float or stability. |
| FLOAT CAMROCK | A hybrid freeride profile providing an excellent balance between powder and piste performance, characterised by a long rocker in the nose and full camber to the endpiece. This combination ensures exceptional float in deep snow while generating pop and edge hold at the endpiece for precise carving on piste. |
| HIGH 3D CONTOUR BASE | A 3D Contour base focused on freeride with a 7 mm bevel on the nose and 0 to 7 mm bevel on the tail. The bevel starts just before the contact point. |
| HIGH TRACTION TECH | The High Traction Tech integrates three bumps per edge (at the front binding, centre of the board, and rear binding). The central bump is larger than the outer bumps to provide better grip and control. |
| ULTRALIGHT CARBON | Ultralight Carbon is a cutting-edge construction that minimises weight without compromising performance. Featuring an ultra-fast base, carbon fibres extending from nose to endpiece, Triax fiberglass, and Koroyd inserts in the wood core, it offers exceptional durability and responsiveness for its weight. |
| FUSION CORE | A high-tech wood core crafted from selected paulownia, incorporating poplar inserts along the edges for increased edge durability. Designed for Jones Ultralight models, it is our lightest core to date; offering an ideal strength-to-weight ratio. |
| KOROYD | Derived from aerospace technology, the award-winning synthetic core material Koroyd is the lightest damping material we have ever tested. It absorbs vibrations and reduces nose inertia, allowing for faster and smoother turns. |
