As the name suggests, it is specially designed for everyday use. With its directional shape and 10mm taper, the Daily Driver offers a versatile use for easy turns in any condition.
Its FSC™ Certified Super II™ 700G core is light, responsive and strong, all in a rather lightweight board. This way, you will have all the precision you need for short turns in the forest or long turns in powder fields.

Camber - Directional camber: The directional camber profile has camber under both feet for optimal stability in deep turns and variable conditions, and a Rocker nose which provides height and better floatation.
Shape - Directional (taper 10mm): Its directional shape is that of a classic snowboard; it is designed with a tip that is slightly longer than the tail to facilitate pop in the tail, all while providing a lot of float, fluidity and control across all terrains and in all conditions.
Flex - Directional: A more dynamic tail and a more flexible nose which allows the rider to maintain control on all terrains, in all conditions.
Core- FSC™ Certified Super Fly II™ 700G Core with Dualzone® EGD® and Squeezebox: The Super Fly II 700G core features a stronger, lighter wood to provide a high level of responsiveness and strength, while reducing overall weight. Wood grain is designed with Dualzone EGD and positioned along the edges, under the toe and heel in two continuous zones, perpendicular to the rest of the wood core, for consistent edge hold and enhanced energy.
Fiberglass- 45° Carbon Highlights: The Carbon Highlights 45° fiberglass construction optimizes each layer of the fiberglass matrix and adds an integral carbon coating to reduce weight and refine twist feel.
Base - Sintered WFO: The WFO sintered base features a specially formulated wax deep into the pores of its extra-absorbent high-density material, making it extremely durable for riding all season long in any conditions.
Technologies:
- The Channel® : The Channel® snowboard mounting system is designed to allow you to find the perfect position, and is compatible with all common bindings.
- Frostbite Edges: edges that extend out slightly around the mountings for better edge grip.
- Epoxy Super Sap®: Super Sap® is a resin made from biological materials that reduces the carbon footprint by 50% compared to conventional petroleum-based epoxies. Reduced oil consumption means a smaller carbon footprint for every snowboard, which definitely works in our favour.
La Daily Driver est la board passe-partout de la gamme Family Tree proposé par Burton. La board est très fluide et les sensations sont bonnes aussi bien dans les bonnes que les mauvaises conditions.
Les virages se lancent bien même en neige profonde et le rocker du shape directionnel nous aide bien à flotter. L'accroche est bonne en neige dure et on ne perd pas le contrôle.
La Daily Driver est une planche polyvalente réussis qui nous emmène partout et qui est agréable à rider peu importe le type de neige.
