The Talkback 88 is a Women's touring ski from K2.
The Talkback range offers excellent downhill performance, great grip and impressive stability in all snow conditions. This range has also been fitted with Snowphobichydrophobic topsheets. These prevent snow from sticking to the top of your skis, which results in weighing your ski down. Ingenious! The Skin Grommets skin attachment system is very easy to use and ultra-reliable.
This is thanks to the Titanal Touring Technology, a construction combining a Paulownia Tour Lite wood core, hand-picked for its lightweight properties and its lively performance, and two layers of carbon fibre and fibreglass reinforcements. To top it all off, a Titanal plate, mainly placed around the centre of the ski, offers exceptional stability without weighing the ski down.
The Talkback with its 88mm waist, is the intermediate ski in the range. This ski goes down just as well as it goes up. With intermediate dimensions and a very limited weight, going up and down on long day trips, or over several days will be easy. As well as its ease when climbing, the ski is also very able when in downhill mode. It is very manageable, and slaloming between the trees of a forest full of powder is its favourite hobby. The Talkback 88's impressive agility will get you out of dangerous situations.
