- Front Rocker: The rocker is the curve of a front or rear part of the ski when viewed closely. In other words, the rocker refers to the arched section of the ski from the point of contact with the surface to the tip or rear end. Depending on the length and shape of the rocker, it can be referred to as the arched section of the ski that starts at the point of contact with the surface and ends at the tip or rear end.
