A.V.D (Avalanche Victim Detector )-
The BD Guide BT is an avalanche victim detector manufactured by Black Diamond.
This is the very first avalanche transceiver Recon BT, developed by the brand that shared its expertise in freeride and mountaineering with the brand Pieps in order to offer the very best in avalanche safety.
With a long scope of 60 m and a search band of 55 m, the Guide BT is highly effective and, thanks to its simplified interface, allows you to react immediately when the situation demands it.
Reliable and high-performance, this new avalanche transceiver features Mark and Scan functions for multiple burials, as well as three antennas that automatically adjust to send the best possible signal.
One of the new features offered by the Guide BT is a connection Bluetooth that allows for better management of adjustments, software updates and the Battery via your smartphone. This avalanche transceiver is also equipped with a self-check function to maintain optimal antenna precision and digital signal processing to account for derived signals.
The BD Guide BT is therefore a state-of-the-art avalanche transceiver that is ideal for both professional and personal use.
