The Covert 2024 is a unisex splitboard from the brand United Shapes.
This touring model takes you over all terrains and in all conditions. Its directional shape and traditional camber allow you to hold your edges, easily initiate each turn and carry you through deep snow. Its setback with a shorter tail will naturally dip the rear into the snow to lift the nose and make it glide over obstacles with its rocker.
The Covert is equipped with a highly versatile Free Core core. Made from poplar for structure and durability, paulownia for lightness, and ash stringers, the result is a very lively board that is light for ascent and resistant. Two layers of woven carbon improve durability and torsion for more demanding descents deep in the backcountry!

Core:
Free Core : poplar, paulownia and ash wood core. Lightweight, lively and durable construction. Two layers of carbon complete it for added torsion.
This board uses a bio-based resin, 35% of which comes from plant-based materials. It has the same structural properties as resin derived from petrochemicals.
Le Covert est un super splitboard ludique qui conviendra si tu débutes et même si tu maîtrises déjà. Léger pour la montée, il offre des possibilités d'exploration sans fins puisque même à la descente il performe sur toutes les neiges. Paré pour les champs de poudre et aussi les couloirs et forêts étroites, il n'attend que toi !
