The Bacon 108 is a backcountry ski developed by Line for advanced to expert riders.
New this year, the flagship model Sir Bacon has been improved to extend the freestyle/all mountain range. Here the Bacon 108 has less generous side lines than the Bacon 115 so it's more versatile.
Its 108mm skate and double rocker give it stability but also great flotation over freshly fallen snow. The Symmetric flex added to the Thin Tip technology gives you lively energy all over the ski, so you can send off your best tricks and also link up great switch landings thanks to its double tips. A dynamic pop and good lift - that's what this ski promises, so you can go further and go stronger! On harder snow, it's also great fun to ski, easy to handle and responsive to changes in direction.
Designed with the wood core Mapple Macroblocka combination of maple and ash for exceptional durability and resistance over time. Thanks to the combination of Thick-cut Sidewallwhich consists of reinforcing the edges and base of the ski with the Fatty Base & Edgethe Bacon108 is highly resistant to impact, making it ideal for freestyle use on rails, for example. As you can see, this ski is made for hard work.
The Bacon 108 is very playful, easy to handle and versatile on all types of snow. Don't be afraid, it won't disappoint you!

Materials:
Maple
| Thick-cut Sidewall | Widening the amount of sidewall that stretches into the core of the ski while adding more material to the steel edges to increase the total grip surface. This creates sidewalls that are more resistant to the impact of hard edges, like sliding rails. |
| Thin Tip | The core has been lightened and the edges thinned out. |
| Fatty Base & Edge™ | A 30% thicker base and edges, 2mm wide x 2.5mm high steel edges and a 1.7mm thick base considerably increase the durability and lifespan of the skis. |
| Symmetric Flex | The same flex pattern at the front and back of your ski. It adapts to the terrain in the same way, skiing forwards and backwards. |
| Bio-Resin | They offer improved grip, better resistance to cold temperatures and a 20% reduction in the resin's carbon footprint for each ski produced. |
