Description

L'Orca 2026 from the brand Lib Tech is an extreme all-mountain freeride board that will satisfy intermediate and experienced backcountry riders.

In terms of shape and rocker, it has specially designed rib lines so you can get your kicks in the powder. Its long, wide nose with the pronounced rocker of the hybrid camber C2X allows you to float along the surface of the powder with ease and speed, like a killer whale preparing to attack!

When you need to pounce, the board's pop(7/10 flex) gives you explosive ollies so you can jump from pillow to pillow with ease. Hungry for powder, theOrca remains nimble thanks to a fairly tight turning radius(7 m), so you can change direction quickly as soon as a new line of fresh snow enters your sights. What's more, the skate is rather narrow for its generous dimensions and the wavy edges Magne-Traction® will also allow you to track and carve as you should. What's more, the technology UHMW Tip Tail technology prevents the core from shifting in the event of sinking as a result of an impact, and prevents water seepage. This significantly increases the lifespan of your board.

Made from poplar (60%) and paulownia (40%), with the addition of basalt , the construction of this model is light and smooth. The basalt reinforcement gives this board the solidity it needs for the most spectacular falls. Finally, as well as providing unrivalled style, its special screen print is a sign of its commitment to the environment, as part of the sales of this board is donated to the association Orcaconservancy.

The big plus of Lib Techis that the brand takes respect for the environment very seriously. L'Orca is designed using renewable energy and materials, eco-friendly manufacturing processes and materials recycling at every stage of production.

Cut out to send big tricks in powder, theOrca 2026 is a board for backcountry enthusiasts looking for performance and durability.

Flex: 7/10 - semi-rigid

Materials:
- Edges: birch on the sides and UHMW (a type of elastomer)
- Topsheet: sublimated polyeco
- Core: 60% poplar, 40% paulownia
- Outsole: High-density UHMW
- Biaxial and triaxial glass fibres and basalt for more torsional power

Cambre - HYBRID C2X It features a very short rocker between the supports and camber under each binding. The tips also have long rockers. The most versatile camber in the Lib Techrange.
Shape - DIRECTIONAL : shape in which the tip is wider than the rear, making it easier to enter and exit turns, allowing for greater the stability at high speeds, and improved float.
UHMW TIP TAIL The nose and tail of the board are made of UHMW polyethylene, not wood. Why? In the event of sinking due to an impact your core will not have any water infiltration and your board will live longer.
MAGNE-TRACTION® The edges of Libtech boards are in two parts rather than one. The edges are independent of each other so if you dent or tear it, it will be easier to repair. What's more, they're strategically corrugated for extra grip on powder, but especially on hard snow.
