The Muskox from Baffin is a hiking boot designed for extreme cold conditions on the Great Plains of Northern Canada.
It can be used in temperatures as low as -40°C, so you can go out in all conditions without worrying about your feet freezing! Its 900 denier leather and polyamide upper guarantees protection against water infiltration. The Muskox also has a gaiter to keep snow out of the boot.
The Muskox is very comfortable. It also has a removable inner liner made up of 5 layers. The layers include an insulating Polimech layer made from honeycomb foam, and a Thermaplush layer for a soft, comfortable chamois-like feel. Real slippers, so to speak. The sole has an aluminised foil to reflect heat back to your foot.
The outsole has been tested and approved in real-life conditions. The quick-lace system is a big plus, as it can be used with gloves. The Muskox is perfect if you are planning on walking for hours in the freezing cold, or just want to keep your feet warm.
