The Summit Pumori Down Parka TNF Blue for men from The North Face is a technical, high-performance down jacket specially designed for mountaineering in extreme conditions.
Designed with ProDown™ 800 insulation, this down jacket retains its loft in wet conditions and offers intense warmth and optimal compressibility. You'll stay warm and dry throughout your activities. The Cloud Down structure helps reduce cold spots and increases compressibility, making it perfect for storing in a rucksack.
This down jacket has a helmet-compatible hood, several secure pockets and elasticated cuffs to keep you warm. There are also raglan sleeves for greater comfort with a backpack and excellent freedom of movement. Finally, a small storage bag is included for easy transport.

| PRODOWN™ |
Trapping air and body heat in its high-filling down balls, this lightweight, compressible fabric offers exceptional warmth in cold weather. Contrary to popular belief, down is not the same as feathers. This type of insulation uses goose or duck down, the first soft feathers found under a bird's feathers. The fill power index of down gives two important indications: the warmth/weight ratio and the degree of compressibility. These two properties are crucial for heat retention and comfort. Down is more effective in dry weather and loses its performance in wet conditions. Machine drying revives the natural down. |
| DWR |
The durable water-repellent (DWR) finish repels light rain and snow and speeds up fabric drying time. In addition to the waterproof/breathable membrane, the durable water repellent (DWR) finish prevents the fabric from becoming soaked so that the membrane can function effectively. |
