With a modern shape optimised for exceptional flotation in deep snow and a longer radius for high speeds, this model has a touring oriented construction. Indeed, its light weight combined with its wide waist of 96 mm makes it possible to send it on the descent while also offering good performance when climbing. The rear clip area keeps the skins central and secured.
The AR75 sandwich construction makes the ski lighter without compromising stiffness for good stability at high speed. A titanium plate has been added to the underside of the binding to reduce vibration and provide good cushioning. In addition, the Caruba core provides better climbing feel while retaining power for descents on difficult terrain.

CARUBA CORE:
Carob wood is the lightest wood used by Armada. It allows for effortless climbs, but remains powerful enough to go down slopes at full speed, whatever the type of terrain. This core makes no compromises between performance and lightness.
