Accessible and versatile, this model combines stability, manoeuvrability, and floatation to support both first outings in your local mountain range and adventures on more remote terrain. Its directional shape Low Tapered and Freeride CamRock profile combine camber underfoot with more generous rockers at the nose and shorter ones at the endpiece/hinge mount. This setup favours edge hold and stability on variable snow while offering excellent float and natural manoeuvrability in powder.
The Low Traction Tech enhances control thanks to three additional contact points on each edge. Its medium-soft flex prioritises predictable and forgiving sensations. The Control Split Core, made of paulownia and poplar, offers an excellent balance between lightness, vibration absorption, and durability. The biaxial fiberglass completes this construction with a dynamic and progressive response.
On the splitboard side, the Karakoram Ultra Clips 1.0 and Tip Clips ensure a reliable and durable connection between the two parts of the board. The Forever Flex technology stabilises the flex and profile over time. Finally, the 8000 sintered base, bio-resin, steel edges, and recycled ABS sidewalls combine performance and durability.
