Freeride 98 2025

The Freeride 98 2025 is a freeride ski from Van Deer, versatile and high-performance for all adventurers.

Known for his performance on the slopes Marcel Hirscher is nevertheless a great freerider so it was natural that he chose to develop a series of freeride skis starting with the Freeride 98. An ultra-versatile ski that's equally at home on the slopes of Sölden in Austria or the thick snow of Niseko in Japan. This ski could very well become your N°1 ski, as it's so playful and adapts to all styles of skiing.

Technically, it has been built using the same materials sourced directly from Austria as the SL Word Cup and 21 Propiste skis. A poplar wood core, two sheets of titanal, pre-impregnated fibreglasscompounds, sidewalls in ABS to ensure watertightness, all assembled by hand. The Freeride 98 also features steel edges for impeccable handling, as well as the same race room finish as Marcel Hirscher had at its world championships to make your technique shine. Its front and rear rockers guarantee good load-bearing capacity, so you can hurtle down any slope in any weather.
