Freeride 108 2025

The Freeride 108 2025 is a freeride unisex ski from Van Deer.

Known for his performance on the piste, Marcel Hirscher is nevertheless a great freerider, so it was natural that he chose to develop a series of freeride skis, of which the Freeride 108 is one. With 10 mm more lift than its little brother, the Freeride 98, it's easy to ride on fresh water, giving you the impression of floating. Downhill is its favourite playground, but it can also be used for ski touring, thanks in particular to its light weight of 1500 g per ski. It adapts to all types of snow, although you'll need good legs to control it on the piste.

Technically, it has been built using the same materials sourced directly from Austria as the SL Word Cup and 21 Propiste skis. A poplar wood core, two sheets of titanal, pre-impregnated fibreglasscompounds, sidewalls in ABS to ensure watertightness, all assembled by hand. The Freeride 108 also has steel edges for impeccable handling and a race room finish identical to the one Marcel Hirscher had at his world championships to make your technique shine. Its front and rear rockers guarantee good load-bearing capacity, so you can hurtle down any slope in any weather.
