This ski is designed with a bamboo and poplar core, reinforced with unidirectional carbon fibre for grip and accessibility.
The Foundation 112 Rp retains the elements that have made it so successful since its creation, namely true versatility on piste or fresh snow, without ever losing its ultra-manoeuvrable and accessible off-piste side thanks to the PadleTech technology.
But with this new construction, it offers a longer effective edge to improve grip and a new, more even flex distribution.
The Foundation 112 Rp is also more docile. You can rack up the runs without destroying your legs after the first descent.
Its double rocker and wide sidecut allow you to link turns with great ease even when the snow becomes deep.
Its tip offers lots of comfort and also allows you to ski hard with a great deal of stability.

Construction Foundation:
DPS's Foundation construction is a modern mix allowing for a good ratio of power / comfort / solidity. It is also very rigid in torsion, has good grip and is very versatile.

Le Foundation 112 Rp est sans doute le ski de chez DPS le plus connu et le plus plébiscité. Ce ski est un modèle de polyvalence même si à première vue on a un peu du mal à le croire vu ses 112 mm au patin...
Mais une fois sur les skis, c'est une réalité ! Le Foundation 112 Rp est extrêmement à l'aise sur tous les terrains. Sur piste, la répartition du flex et le rayon de courbure court font merveille, on peut carver et prendre du plaisir à skier sur neige dure toute une journée. En neige profonde, là il est dans son élément.
Son double rocker bien marqué en spatule lui permet de déjauger en un clin d'oeil et il reste en surface même si la couche est épaisse. Il pivote très facilement et reste stable quoiqu'il arrive.
En neige tracée ou trafollée, le Foundation 112 Rp est également serein. Il encaisse les changements de terrains facilement et tient le cap.
