This ski is designed with an Aspen core with bamboo and poplar, reinforced with unidirectional carbon fibre for grip and accessibility.
Its PaddleTech technology which has been proven for several years at DPS will allow you to have a real versatility on piste or in fresh snow, without ever losing the ski's ultra-manoeuvrable and accessible off-piste side.
It is typically backcountry, its camber under the foot offers a very present pop to project you in the air, its flexible tips make it playful and will allow you to butter effortlessly. Clearly, the Foundation 103 Koala will make you want to use the resort as a large playground!
However, it won't let you down on the piste with a precise edge grip, even on hard snow. It is also very stable at high speeds thanks to its solid core that will disperse and absorb impacts for a smooth glide.
The Foundation 103 Koala will bring you the fun aspect you are looking for while keeping DPS's rigour to allow you to have fun in freestyle sessions as well as on the piste.
Foundation Construction:
The Foundation construction from DPS is a modern mix allowing for a good ratio of power / comfort / solidity. It is also very rigid in torsion, has good grip and is very versatile.
