The Formula 85 W is a women's ski boot developed by Head for experienced skiers looking for a comfortable boot with intermediate flex. New for the 21/22 season, the Formula range is a real concentrate of technologies and innovations that give an ultra high-performance shoe that is still very comfortable.

The ‌‌98mm‌ medium‌ last width for the size 25.5 of the Formula 85 W offers a fit that is narrow enough to have great precision with every step but wide enough to remain comfortable. The Formula 85 W has the same characteristics as the Formula RS 105 W, the only difference being that the RS has a 98mm 25.5 fit and a rigid flex.

As far as performance is concerned, there are the Micro-adjustable Alloy buckles, which provide a powerful and precise tightening. These are Low Profile so that you have no chance of touching the snow even at the most extreme of edge angles. There is also a large strap in the liner for added precision and support.

The fit is excellent as the shoe has Perfect Fit technology at the ankle bone and Form Fit in the rest of the foot. With this, there's no chance of your foot moving around in the shoe or your heel slipping out.

For comfort, Head has gone all out with the Formula 85 W. For example, there is Primaloft which provides excellent thermal insulation, a Grip Walk sole which makes it easier to roll off the foot and grip when walking, and the possibility of setting the flex value at 85 or 95.
