The ascent/descent transition is operated using a lever specially Speed Lock LT designed for this model. The provides 3D Lambda Frame good torsional rigidity to offer excellent foot support and plenty of power, whilst remaining very lightweight. What’s more, to save even more weight, its strap is Velcro removable.
The shell design and wide travel ensure exceptional rolling movement for the foot for long, comfortable ascents, reaching up to 72 degrees ! Its hook-and-loop fastening system keeps the collar securely in place by combining a Velcro Booster™ with a powerful buckle, providing support with progressive flex. Its collar Spoiler LT provides support on the descent for unrivalled performance.
The fastening system BOA® provides precise adjustment and optimal pressure across the entire foot, enveloping it completely and maintaining a consistent grip at all times. This is optimized by the elastic gaiter Lite Shield Tech, which minimises pressure points. Furthermore, it features a rubber sole Vibram®, which is essential on challenging terrain. Finally, it features a system designed to Recco® ensure even greater security whilst you’re out and about.
