Once again showing the creativity that Amplid can bring with their Future Shapes, the Dada is a powder board that brings a lot of freestyle to the backcountry. Developed for powder, the Dada has a wide 275mm skate and an oversized flotation surface for powder. The directional, almost twin shape invites you to ride powder in switch as well as in regular.
Although the Dada is imposing in terms of its dimensions, it is no less agile. Indeed, the weight of the board is lightened thanks to the use of the Hexo2 Lite, honeycomb placed in the tips. The final weight of the Dada is 2.85 kg! This season, Amplid has managed to thicken the tips to absorb more vibration without increasing the overall weight of the board.
On the pop side, the carbon strip ensures a lot of presence under the supports and makes this Dada take off like a spring. The well-balanced flex of 6/10 brings a lot of riding comfort to this fun and very playful Dada.

Camber:
Cruise Camber (Camber+rocker): The standard camber under the supports complemented by the nose rocker makes the board even more lively in powder snow and gives the board the possibility to go anywhere.
Shape:
Tapered Directional: classic shape with the nose slightly longer than the tail for float on unpacked snow. Tapered refers to a shape in which the tip is wider than the tail, making it easier to enter and exit turns, allowing for greater stability at high speeds, and improved float.
Floatation Tips: the square nose increases the flotation of the board in powder snow.
Jekyll & Hyde Geometry: provides maximum contact between the footprint and the snow to develop maximum lift.
Core:
Omni Core: wood core with proven strength through years of research by Amplid. Versatile and robust core.
Carbon Pop Band: carbon strips placed the length of the board through each insert zone. Amplifies pop and retains the board's natural flex.
Hexo2 Lite: the tips incorporate honeycomb parts for effective weight saving!
Pre-cured Impact Plates: core reinforcement at fastener inserts limiting impacts caused by bindings
Topsheet:
Biax Fibreglass: double layer of fibreglass applied in both directions for a reactive and tolerant board.
Thick Cut: The front and rear spatulas are thicker than the rest of the board. This reduces vibrations and increases stability.
Sole:
Sint 7 base: ultra high density, very hard and resistant sintered sole.

Ultra joueuse, la Dada est LA planche pour les pow turns. Les spatules surdimensionnées sont hyper stables et joueuse. La Dada est agile grâce à sa légèreté et son gabarit bien court.
