Articulating Flex Zone The Deuter AirComfort Back System: The upper cuff of the boot is asymmetrically connected to the lower boot allowing the ankle to flex naturally while providing support without distortion of the shell. A thermal insulation barrier between the outsole and the bottom of the lining keeps the heat in and the cold out.
