Ski/Snowboard Helmet - Child -
60 days to change your mind
No subject to promotional offersThe Cache Jr MIPS Matte Black is a ski and snowboard helmet for children from the brand Smith, designed to provide reliable protection and optimal comfort during outdoor adventures.
Featuring a hybrid construction, this helmet combines lightness and durability through the combination of a tough outer shell and an impact-absorbing inner liner. It incorporates MIPS® technology, a multidirectional protection system that reduces rotational forces on the brain in the event of an oblique impact. The Koroyd® technology further enhances shock absorption while ensuring excellent breathability and reduced weight.
This helmet is equipped with 11 ventilation holes, including 5 adjustable ones, with an AirEvac ventilation system that prevents fogging on goggles. Its dial adjustment system ensures a precise and comfortable fit, while the removable Snapfit ear pads allow easy adaptation, even when wearing a hat. | KOROYD™ | The primary objective of Koroyd™ is to absorb energy upon impact and protect the user against serious injuries. Beyond being a leading energy absorber, Koroyd™ is also extremely breathable and ultralight. |
| MIPS® | Multidirectional Impact Protection System: MIPS® is a revolutionary technology that mimics the brain’s natural protection system. The low-friction layer of MIPS® creates a sliding margin between the helmet and the head, offering enhanced protection against brain injuries caused by violent rotational forces during oblique impacts. |
| IN-MOLD | In-Mold construction combines a polycarbonate shell helmet with an expanded polystyrene liner to minimise weight. Lightweight, comfortable, and optimising every gram, In-Mold construction is the clear winner in the featherweight category. |
