| GORE-TEX® ePE | The ePE (expanded polyethylene) membrane in the new GORE‑TEX® products represents a key step towards responsible performance, delivering high-performance, sustainable products designed to offer a long service life. The brand-new GORE‑TEX® ePE membrane is lightweight, thin yet strong. To create a Gore Tex® product, the membrane is combined with carefully selected fabrics, such as recycled fabrics, whether solution-dyed or undyed***. * Contributes to Gore Textiles’ goal of eliminating PFCs of environmental concern from the life cycle of its consumer products. Here, this objective is achieved through the use of non-fluorinated materials. ** Thanks to the use of a new, lighter membrane and the textile(s) selected for the laminates (Higg MSI). *** Depending on the laminate used. |
| CORELOFT™ | Developed by Arc’teryx, CoreLoft™ insulation is a synthetic insulation made from fibres of different sizes that are bonded together to trap air and retain warmth. This insulation is available in a range of thicknesses to offer varying levels of performance and comfort. Lightweight and highly compressible, durable and resistant, it retains warmth when damp and dries quickly. It allows air to pass through and escape more easily. |
| BLUESIGN® | The bluesign® system is the solution for an environmentally friendly textile supply chain. It eliminates harmful substances right from the start of the manufacture process and sets and monitors standards for safe and environmentally friendly production. |
