The Adret 81 is a top-of-the-range, lightweight touring ski from ZAG. The lightest, narrowest ski in the range, it is clearly aimed at those who enjoy a wide variety of skiing, steep slopes and even downhill skiing!
Get out your fanciest tights and set off to attack the mountain at dawn with the Adret 81 by ZAG!
At 1800g a pair (162cm) and a waist width of 80 to 81mm depending on the size you need, the Adret 81 is ultra-light and very agile, it gives optimal rebound so you can explode the speedometer every time you go out. Clearly shaped for performance on the ascent but that's not all, the weight/performance ration is simply incredible! To achieve this level of performance, ZAG used an ultra-light high-end construction that combines multi-axial carbon/kevlar fibres and a Paulownia wood core. This makes for a lightweight ski to reach the summit that's still fast and sufficiently rigid on the descent to remain reassuring, even on the most technical routes!
In order to provide efficient skiability on all types of snow, ZAG has designed theAdret 81 with an Extra Light profile. It features a pronounced camber, combined with a light tip rocker for powerful support, improved fluidity, stable edge grip and great buoyancy on fresh snow. In order to make it more agile, it also has a short turn radius which is ideal on rugged terrain.
We're sure you get it, theAdret 81 from ZAG is a real mountain ski, light, efficient and reassuring in all circumstances, designed for skiers from an advanced to expert level who want to go always higher in their ascents but keep a good stability in each descent!
As part of the ZAGreen Program, for the purchase of a pair of Adret skis, Zag will donate 1% of the turnover generated to associations working to protect its favourite playground in the heart of the Chamonix valley. For more information about the programme, click here!

The Adret 81fromZAGis a very successful touring ski in the "ultra-light" segment which once again displays all the know-how of the French brand based in Chamonix. Its light but sufficiently rigid construction makes it very efficient on the way up and safe on the way down. The grip is good on hard snow while in fresh snow the tip rocker works well and allows you to get off the snow faster. On a steep slope, the ski is ultra sharp and maneuverable. Compared to last year, it is slightly stiffer and more stable thanks to a new construction.
A treat for skiers looking for lightness and performance.
Advantages:Lightness, precision, stability for its dimensions
Disadvantages: a bit too narrow in deep snow
