The Escaper Split is a men's splitboard designed for intermediate to advanced riders.
Featuring RadCut technology, a 5/10 flex and a more moderate and forgiving version of the Ampteck camber, this is an accessible and fun All-Mountain snowboard that ensures perfectly fluid edge changes. This flex makes the board stiffer under the back foot to provide you with enhanced control and greater stability at high speed.
Its directional shape provides better grip and trajectory control, and the Amptek Auto-turn camber is distributed over the board. It represents 50% under the feet and the front/rear rockers share the remaining 50% (25% front/25% rear). In addition, the Wood 6420 core makes theEscaper Split comfortable and very sturdy.
Finally, the Escaper Split will enable you to experience splitboarding in the best conditions, whether uphill or downhill.
- Camber:
AMPTEK All mountain Rocker : The All-Mountain camber is a 50% camber between the feet and 50% nose and tail rocker (25% for each, obviously ...) This all-purpose camber is ideal for intermediate and advanced levels. It is versatile and provides a perfect blend of grip, glide on powder and ease of pivoting. TheAmptek All-Mountain is equally at home in freestyle and powder.
- Shape:
Radcut : The combination of conventional curve radii between the supports and inverted radii of varying lengths allows the contact points to be optimised according to speed.
- Flex:
5/10 - Directional : Flex directional. Rigid under the rear foot for better control. The waist has been stiffened to increase stability at high speeds. Turning is made easier by a softer flex under the front foot.
- Core:
WOOD 6420: A single type of wood, vertically laminated to give you strength and comfort without breaking the bank.
- Topsheet:
Glass Fiber: Available in a variety of shapes and weights, fiberglass allows customized flex and torsional strength management while stabilizing the mechanical properties of the core.
- Sole:
4400 Sintered: abrasion resistant sole for a very quick grip.
- Edges:
ABS : The best impact protection and totally waterproof, ABS is integrated on all our edges and in some cores
Le Escaper Split offre un compromis parfait entre performances à la montée et à la descente. Assurant un excellent rendement à la montée, la planche possède un stabilité impressionnante. Elle dispose d'un cambre traditionnel avec deux rockers qui ajoutés aux carres ondulées permettent de fournir une accroche de carre excellente.
